Guarantee your hair regrowth

Baldness is not part of male genetic blueprint.

Baldness is a sign of a flaw. When men wear a hat you can't help but assume they have a full head of hair. It's as if having hair is the natural default look. The missing hair on your scalp is evidently visible. The place where your hair should have been is left naked for all to see. The skin left bare by the missing hair is particularly shiny, drawing attention. At worst the sun may glare out of the bald spot. Bald spots are different from other body skin in that there is no hair at all, not even vellus hair. However the sebaceous glands remain secreting oil which causes the shiny effect.

Fortunately our contemporary culture teaches us there is nothing to be ashamed of. Therefore many men continue to live with a bald spot. This may be acceptable in our culture just as it is acceptable for someone in a primitive culture to walk around naked. Maybe in the future this acceptance culture will end but for now we will accept it except for a few of us developed people.

Your hair was designed to remain strong, resilient and display virility. Baldness is not a result of nature's failure or a "fact" of aging, but due to lifestyle habits. Hair has many social functions and is an essential part of your overall fashion and should not be neglected in youth and in old age. In the past hair served an important function in communities from mohawk, queue, to himba dreadlocks. Hair has symbolised ethnicity, social status, tribal connection and many more such aspects.

Baldness treatments

Modern treatments don’t address the root cause of hair loss but merely do procedures that help to conceal bald spots. When such procedures are done your hairstyle options are constrained. Most procedures can be listed under the following categories.

  • Surgery
  • Injectables
  • Medication
  • Cosmetic
  • Laser

The list is ordered from most to least invasive. Not only is surgery the most invasive but expensive. Procedures like laser hair treatment are unique and don’t fit into the list. Furthermore the effectiveness of laser treatments stand on flimsy biased evidence. Although it won’t hurt to give laser treatments a try as admittedly they need further research. The categories can be further broken down.

  • Surgery
    • FUE hair transplant
    • FUT hair transplant
    • Fleming meyer flap
    • Punch grafts
    • Scalp reduction
  • Medication
    • Finasteride
    • Minoxidil
    • Dutasteride
  • Injectables
    • Derma rollers
    • PRP
  • Cosmetic
    • Wig
    • Hair fibres
    • Hairstyle (combover or shaved)

All the above procedures can be used in combination, provided that they don't interfere with each other. This is not an exhaustive list of all the possible procedures. Outdated procedures are marked out and should not be not be done anymore. The updated procedures are unmarked; there are more in the pipeline going through various stages from inception to trial. Notably some foreign medicines don’t go through trial and are given to desperate men who are willing to be test subjects.

What all hair loss treatments have in common is failure to produce the intended result. They fall short of patient expectations especially if not well informed. For example hair transplant patients believe they will regrow hair but in fact they are growing the donor hair on the recipient area. They have a little less hair at the end of the procedure due to some hair follicles dying through the process. Not to mention it’s not a fire and forget procedure, the balding process still continues only now the hair loss pattern will be abnormal. Patients will be locked into a continued treatment to stop more loss otherwise an abnormal hair loss pattern will show. Even when well informed, hair transplant is a poor choice and a superficial fix. An illusion that feels good at best.

Hair transplant vs Hairstyle

Expensive treatments don’t always give the best results. Each treatment has its pros and cons and the patient must determine what is most suitable. Adopting a different hairstyle is more beneficial. Selecting hairstyles depends on your hair loss just like hair transplants. Combover hairstyle covers small bald spots. Trimming your hair to skin level makes significant bald spots less visible. Below is a table comparing the two.

Name Cost Reversible Complications Ongoing
Hair transplant £3,500 avg Very high
Hairstyle £0 avg Very low

Hair transplants are expensive on average whereas adopting a hairstyle to hide bald spots is free or just £12 if you go to the barber. Reversing a hair transplant procedure is not a viable option. Transplanted hair’s original location is not known and hair follicles are lost in each procedure. Hairstyles don’t need to be reversed but you will still be bald. Changing a hairstyle abruptly like going from combover to shaved bald can complicate matters socially. Hair transplants on the other hand have many complications. Overall both treatments require ongoing commitment to treatment that will take much effort and time.

Solution X

Solution X is the only way to reverse male pattern baldness as all other options don’t work for an extended time which is why patients surrender to baldness. Most hair loss treatments interfere with real hair growth and should be avoided except for a temporary fix such as hairstyle or wig. Hair transplants prevent regrowth of original hair as donor hair takes up the space. Medications alter your body hormone inhibiting your body's ability to balance hormones. Solution X has numerous other benefits besides hair regrowth. Get your mane back
