It's the only treatment that actually regrows hair spiritually unlike the others that produce superficial results at best. To see substantial results you have to remain dedicated for about 6 months. Some results are visible in less than a month. The outcome will depend on how dedicated you’re to ritual exercise. Quality of existing hair follicles are improved by transitioning them to growth phase and reactivating dormant ones. The crown is thickened while the hairline is lowered to its natural position. To test ASMR, cut your hair short until the skin and hair are visible at the same time. Evoke ASMR and see your hair erect. Visibility will depend on hair quality and hair to skin contrast.
Regrowth occurs at a follicular level in particular starting at the arrector pili muscle (APM). When the APM contracts, it activates stem cells to start regenerating hair follicles. Even when APM is long gone due androgenetic alopecia, it can regenerate, increasing the total hair follicle count on the scalp. Hair will actually look genuine without the need for illusions since its regrowth of the original hair you were born with.
Ongoing treatment commitment
You have to exercise your arrector pili muscles everyday using ASMR to deliver electrical impulses that contract the muscles. ASMR provides continual supply of electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to rehabilitate the scalp. When APM is contracted, the stem cells at the root are activated which in turn cultivates the hair follicle. To maintain APMs, you must train them on a regular basis, following the ritual exercise regimen. Effort and time must be invested to maintain regimen. The efficacy of the training depends on how intense ASMR sensation is around the scalp. You need the same perspective as a bodybuilder when training APMs but instead use ASMR (EMS).
